Message	For the wrong reasons. If you need to tow or go offroading then you might need an suv. Even then a cargo van, minivan, wagon or truck will suffice. Yeah, it's also the driver. You know what, here's my proposal. In order to buy an suv you MUST qualify for a commercial driver's license. They'll definitely be better drivers, then. If the suv isn't categorized under passenger vehicle emissions then they should have special license requirements, too.
